FIND malfunction detected once again on the Q train

Nice catch. This FIND malfunction happens sometimes between the (N) and (Q) Lines.

I've seen this across the Jamaica sets as well. It's either the screen is stuck on some route or the screen is simply off. I wonder if it's faulty wiring or aging technology. After all, the monitors are approaching ten years old for some of these cars.

 

Feel free to Email NYCT with the car number and exact defect for action to be taken.

Does that actually accomplish something or do these letters/emails just fall into the abyss?
