I got 3 wrong from the 12/14/13 PM exam session. *Remember there were 4 different sessions for this exam. AM and PM on 12/14/13 AM and PM for 12/15/13. All 4 session have different answer(s) according to the answer sheet. So if there was any contesting taking place, it would be for what exam session you were schedule to take the exam on those following dates and time zones.

Yes, the passing score is 70. Your score will determine where you are place on the list. The higher your score, The lower your list numbers becomes. That will also determined how many also scored higher than a 98.

I got 3 wrong too. And I believe that's a 95 not 93 If you divide 57 and 60 its 0.95. Maybe we got the same 3 question wrong. But I know for sure one of the question I should of went back to change the answer. But I do agree the test was easy.

My opinion states that if a good majority of people passed both the written exam and BOSS. Its a possible chance the list will be long enough to.stretch for 4 years period. If you compare "Track worker Exam 3600", according to what some people that took the exam mention It was similar like B.O. exam 4600. And what do I mean by similar, It was easy compare to any past Civil Services exams that Transit Authority has administrated . So we can relate to Track Worker exam 3600 since they have a total of 12,000+ on their list. So just imagine how long exam 4600 list will be once its finally establish. Remember the list will not be establish until all candidates takes the BOSS. We still have majority of candidates that still hasn't taken the BOSS. I can see by Summer or Fall we should see some movements with 4600.

Yes, you can apply as many exam you want. Each application you apply will go through the same process. Both MaBSTOA and MTA Bus takes only one exam which is the BOSS. You are given a Random list number and if you pass the BOSS, you will be called in the order by your random list number. If you apply for NYCT whis is TA, since that title is Civil Service. You are given a competitive written exam first. And if you pass the written exam with at least a passing score of 70, you will then have to take the Boss in order to receive a list number. Higher your score, the lower your list number.

Looks like the list for 4600 will take a little longer to establish. According to the recent update on Mta.info theres still remainders of candidates who hasn't taking the Boss and they don't have a set date for the remainders to take it.

Hey MTAWIFE. How are you? Your list number that was randomly selected when you applied remains the same if you pass the BOSS exam. Basically let's say 15,000 applicants applied for the position. and only 5,000 passed the exam. The total of 5,000 will be the actual eligible candidates to be appointed as position vacancy. Lets say list number 1 , 2 , 3, 4. 7, and 8 failed the BOSS and List number 5, 6, 9 passed. Number 5 , 6, and 9 will be called in as the replacement order since 1, 2, 3, 4, 7 and 8 failed. They just skip the numbers onto the next candidate who actually passed. That would make it a total of 5,000 candidates who are eligible for a Pre employment process when the time comes.

Thats pretty much it. Just the survey questionnaire. Similar to what most big box retailers administered when applying for a job. About 70-75 questions which some of the questions are repeated multiple time but ask and worded differently.

You are good. That's basically all you need and also make sure you don't have any restrictions. Wearing corrective lens is ok.

Most likely 4600 BOSS was not graded yet. Remember we still have a lot of candidates who did not take it on the 4th of October due to space limitation. .
