    Talk about truth... Going from a R160B alstom to an R62 was just a depressing experience. Those trains buck like shit, have horrible suspension, barely audible announcements (even though I knew where I was going) and there's barely any room. I know I'm comparing two trains from different divisions & I'm not trying to replicate the R188 thread, but I think it's time these trains either retire or get overhauled.

    Every 5-7 years for a T/o exam? Errrrr just made me cringe. How come there seems to be multiple yearly B/o exams but t/o and c/r exams are so few and far between? At least that'll give me some time to get my requirements right for that t/o exam, sucks that they're so rare compared to the bus title I'd rather do a platform or road job. Sitting for 8 hrs with nothing to do? If that's what all new rookies must do then my probie year is gonna be mentally draining...

    An under rated fast spot is the N/b run from Crown Heights Utica to Franklin on the during an off peak hour. I was on a R142a and the train literally starting bouncing up and down talk about scary. @Xcel another thing I dislike about buses are they're usually packed and uncomfortably bumpy.

    I wish Mabstoa drivers received the same transit pass as TA drivers. I'd live to work for toa but paying to get to work would piss me off. Ah well driving a bus seems boring anyways...

    I don't know where the stigma of Station agents being cruel jackasses came from. Idk if it's my extremely sexy face or my beastly voice but every SA i've encountered treated me nice. Transit workers in general are just nice people. The entire B division has nothing on the A division foh with that ucking garbage.

    My question to you and VIP is why would the purposefully go out of their way to give the 179's to Fresh Pond just to keep the from receiving brand new trains? Wouldn't they be delivered to 207th and then go to Pitkin for their third rail shoes? What would be the logic in giving 160a-1's to the ?
