  2. Unbelievable how Canada won the Gold Medal in Men's Baseball at the 2015 Pan-Am Games.
  3. will the MTA be operating the Low-V on April 6th for the Yankees home opener this year? I just want to know if I might be able to catch it.
  4. Just got a notice that a drive-by shooting will be filmed on my street in a week for some crime drama. Wierd.
  5. Going out in -44 C temperatures (that's -50 F). Great!

  6. According to bustime, 5693 is on the M15 SBS and a few RTS' on the B44 SBS.
  7. is the only one without a special service during the peak. (The to Rockaway park, express service in the bronx, express service and the select trains that go to Utica or Livonia in Brooklyn).
  8. If you don't specify which station specifically, 59th street because it is the only one that shows up twice on a single route (the train).
  9. Franklin because it is the only one that does not have another route take the same path from start to end. The 42 runs along the train and the Rockaway is supplemented by some rush hour trains. The rockaway shuttle is also the only one to share tracks with regular (non-shuttle) services.
  10. IRT Bway-7th avenue line is the only one with 24/7 express service.
  11. Correct, KB and 207, ENY and ENY as well as FP and FP.
  12. Neither is what I am looking for. Think about their locations relative to another facility.
  13. Location, location, location... ENY Yard Fresh Pond Yard 207th Street Yard Coney Island Yard
  14. is the only one with a single service pattern, and the only one that is always local.
  15. This won't be the case for long, but the 8th avenue line is the only one where all services runs local at some point during the service day. All others have services that never run local (the , (but not for long though it is the case now), , and trains). The train runs local during the early morning, which is why this is the case until December.
  16. IND 8th avenue Line BMT Jamaica Line IND 6th avenue line Think about equipment.
  17. South Ferry and 72nd street are not extremities in the system (Wakefield is extreme north and 179th extreme east.)
  18. because, excluding a few rush hour trippers, terminates at the same two locations (Flatbush Avenue and Wakefield-241 St.) 24/7. All of the other routes are shortened or don't run at all at some time in the week. Also the only line that is not scheduled to terminate in manhattan at any time.
  19. Orange because it is the only line that was made as a combination of two other routes: the brown and the services.
