that could be the reason for them investigating your information if im not mistaken i dont think you can work for the city with any criminal convictions but just make sure you stay on top of them if you heard otherwise

there is no parking lot but there is a huge park right across the street if there is no parking on the same block as the shcool that u may find parking around

Is it safe to say that they are in the 2000’s now?? Because they system on dcas only saying 1600.

Sounding like everything is screwed up down there its probably so much going on to handle i would do exactly what @+Young+ did and go down and see what the story is if you received a letter before and nothing happen weeks down the line

Yea someone in the thread posted that it may be harder this time around all i can say is study the guide as much as you can to be prepared

Actually from what i can recall the test was way easier than i expected the study guide just told me about tools that i didnt know about and parts of the tracks i didnt know the name to but none of that was barely on the 3600 test

Never know what can happen from now til next year december but i brought the trackman (trackworker guide) from amazon back when the test came out in 2013 and i got in the high 90’z from studying it

Yes it was so long ago but someone personally called me letting me know they fixed it and it would take a few weeks. And thats for mta workers who are in a different craft like mantience or something like that that can take the track worker promotion

Give your name ss# your list # u was at phone number and email address when u send the fax the letter and someone will get back to you

i remember faxing a letter to dcas to to restore my name back on the list in withing a few months they did the fax number should be on the dcas website

True and true dont give up on the 3600 list though if they told you restore your name on the list restore it

Idk if it will be harder knowing that the mta is in major need of workers at this moment but the reason for her telling you that is probably to just encourage you to take the next test coming out beacuse they have a to meet a budget the city is all about money. My advice is just get a study guide off amazon or something retake the new one and still wait and see what happens on the 3600 list

I been in the forum for a little while i was in the first 50 to be called on this list its no way that there will be a 2 year wait with the list when the list expire next December 2018 and there will be another track worker test coming up in about 2 weeks 8600

i called the dcas system few days ago and they told me i had to get restoration back onto the list they said i failed to report for medical (frm) december of 2014 i never received anything and on top of that i got a 95 my list number is 30xx's im confused

just wondering since the list dont expire untill 2018 is there a chance all 12,000 eligible are going to be contacted?

Reason for dcas messing up with the list is because they rescored some peoples score and gave new list number for example i was n the list between 1-50 and when i went for the drug and physical i got turned away because they gave me extra points that i neva claimed so on there mistake they re listed me some bs but hey what can i do
