  1. Thanks harry. I was trying to figure this out as well. I logged into my MTA account and noticed that I had 3 jobs that I have applied to stating I have passed the pre screening. But one dates back as far as December 2016 lol. I guess its just a long waiting game from here.
  2. Surprising my list number is low 5xxx - same as sanitation 😂😂😂. Whelp guess I can forget about this and focus on somthing else. Cuz there’s no way they reach this high again. Even if they extend this list 4 years lol. It really sucks having 8 as a 5th social digit too. Smh
  3. So are they just not going to establish a list for this position it's been a while Sent from my iPhone using NYC Transit Forums mobile app
  4. They called you or emailed you when they contacted you ? I always figured it would be by email. The reason I ask is because I never actually check my house phone messages.
  5. Congrats on everything. I have a few questions for you if you don't mind me asking. Firstly how many did you get wrong? or what was your score ? Secondly, what's the fith digit of your social ? This is used to determine tie breakers as I was told. And I always get the bad end of the stick because mine is an 8. You don't have to share the exact number for secuirity reasons obviously. But can you just say if it's a high or low number ? For example, low being Less then five and high being greater than five. I'm only asking this to hope I got the same amount wrong as you guys and I'm just ranked a little higher on the list becaus I don't know my test score and I lost my answer sheet. I felt I did really good on this exam and am a little shocked that I haven't received my letter with you guys. Thanks again.
  6. I tried calling too... It Says theres no info. Anyone else have any luck ?
  7. I think it's about time they lock up this post until the actual list is established...
  8. Just because he's a t/o and an MTA employee doesn't Necessarily mean he knows what he is taking about FYI ... His info doesn't even make sense.
  9. Na jchambers, I'm just trying to point out that you are comparing two exams that have a huge difference in the amount of people who took it. A better comparison is the sanitation exam. Because about the same amount of people took the exam. I'm not trying to be harsh or anything lol... Post what you feel. I'm also in the same boat with the people who got 4 wrong and I understand that it's a wrap for getting called for this. It's just the reality of it. I took sanitation and got two wrong and I had +5 for residency. And my rank was 52xx. My score ranged from the low 2000's to like mid the 5000's. The reason for this was 1) the amount of people who took the exam and 2) the fifth digit of my social. So now looking at this exam you can pretty much say the lost numbers will be around the same. I strongly believe Anything with more than 2 wrong will have a list number in the 6000 + range trust me. But let's all just wait and see what happens.
  10. Can we please stop comparing this exam to exam #8091 or what ever the number was... The list was also extended. That is a bad reference to use. The amount of people who took this exam compared to that one is nearly tripled.
  11. Here's the four answers I got wrong. Exam date : 4/9 am session 19.A 41.A 51.B 63.B Well I guess I can forget about this test now because I'm definitely not getting called with 4 wrong.
  12. Everyone needs to just focus on what there current goals are and try to make their lives Better now before they call us (if the call us). We just need to forget about this test and continue to work at our current jobs everyday. And the younger ones on here who don't have a job maybe should think about getting one and begin to save. Me personally I'm just taking advantage of all the overtime my current job is giving me and stacking the hell out of my bread, so that if the MTA does call me I will be ready to make bigger moves and take bigger steps in my life.
  13. Dred I kind of disagree, don't we also have to take into consideration the army vets? I honestly think atleast 1500 people wil score 100 and That margin will just increase as the scores get lower. Just like how sanitation was. If you only had the resident bonus and scored 100(105) or if you scored one wrong , you had a pretty good list number anything after that you could forget about it. Especially if they decide tie breakers with the 5th digit of your social and you have a high number. You can forget about it. Yes the exam was pretty hard because it required your full attention to detail, but the amount of test dates plus the morning evening exams for each test date can give you an idea to how many people actually took this exam. Not to mention they are still calling from the previous conductor exam.
  14. This exam is looking like the sanitation exam. If you don't get at least a 97 and above you won't be getting called imo within the span of the established list is open, which is ridiculous. I scored a 102.xx on the sanitation and my list number was 52xx. These city exams are really getting ridiculous. The city is pretty much just robbing us since they allow as many people as they want to apply for the job when it is open.
