  1. I really hope there isnt a freeze with this exam because when I emailed them last time they informed me that they will get to my list number by the 3rd quarter of the year so between January and April they'll send me the OPA
  2. I wish I had extra points added to my 96.25 lol that would of been a god sent
  3. What do you think the cut off would be I would assume probably before list number 3XXX?
  4. I honestly only thought that the score you got only mattered I never knew that your SSN was a tie breaker when it came to your official list number
  5. I got 1,xxx and only scored 96.25 I wouldn't think a 3 point different would make your number jump more than 9,000
  6. That's good because out of 30000 people you and I scored good along with everyone else who got a low list number
  7. And theres no way you could potentially squeeze into another exam number. Because I know they do that with the NYPD
  8. Why could you be put on medical hold for is there list of reasons?
  9. My number is on the list and I didnt even take the OPA yet so idk
  10. Am I the only one checking my mailbox everyday hoping the OPA is there lol
  11. So I emailed the exams unit about when I'll take my opa because I only got 4 wrong and they sent me this: "You will be scheduled with the next group of people to take the OPA." Would it rude to reply back asking when the next group is going? If not how should I write them without sounding cringy lol
  12. The only thing that I heard from the mta exams email is that the rest of the OPA's will be mailed out between January and April because im still waiting and they mentioned the 1st quarter of 2018
  13. Dont worry I scored a 96 and I still haven't received my OPA letter yet I'm checking my mail box every day praying I get that letter lol
  14. Damn so if I take the opa in april and pass then i'll have to wait until October to hear back from them. The waiting game sucksss :/
  15. I thought the OPA was a one day thing I thought you just went in and either pass or fail I didn't know it takes 6 months for the OPA. Or maybe I'm interpreting what you said wrong which is probably the case lol
  16. I also emailed the mta exams and they sent me this today: "We have called the first 2,000 applicants to take the OPA. You should be scheduled to take the OPA sometime in the first quarter of 2018." And that's for me I got a 96%
  17. My girlfriend took the train operator exam and got a 72 I guess she'll have a great time waiting 8 years she'll be 34 by the time she'll get called ouch
