My list number is 1292 so that applies for me too..why send out PE Letters so early then?.....Welp I’ll guess I’ll just drive the buses then since I’m on that list as well and resign once they get to my number for conductor

I must be in that class I got a call to go to 180 Livingston street for medical Tuesday Wow that’s a long wait I was hoping they have a summer class or something before then

Did you take another test you forgot about? Or it could be they sent you another PE LETTER base off what you said before about the whole situation where they were gonna sent it out again because the first got lost in mail

I’m not sure but my list number was 5546 i was been called...had a situation that’s why I’m being called again (I was sent home my first day of orientation for not having a tie )

Yeah I got the same call yesterday Do you know if we got to do everything all over again or just the physical and that’s it? I meant to ask but I forgot Now she won’t pick up the phone

UPDATE GUYS: I just left 180 Livingston street I ask the lady when are the next classes she said June 4th.....July 10th and September (I’m not sure of the date because people were talking)..so basically if you are the folks that got a PE LETTER within this week and everything is done quickly you will be in the June 4th class if not then it will be the July 10th class

Hey any update as to what happen on why you didn’t receive your pre-employment letter on time? did you get your situation resolve? Just curious because I’m in the sameness situation right now

TWO procedures 1: urine test for drugs 2: which is the full body medical check ya vision hearing urine(this time for diabetes and etc.) weight and height you also do a questinare on a computer basically seeing if you have sleep Sleep apnea

Yes you should have especially if your list# is in the 1200 and people in the 1300 got letters already

OPA, pre-employment, then medical* you recieve your start date once complete everything

Your list number is in 1300 and you got a pre employment letter? That’s odd I call 180 Livingston Thursday they said they up too “352”...my list number is in the 1200 and still haven’t receive a letter,I’m assuming they have not finish calling people from the first conductor exam 🤷🏻‍♂️

According to the hiring manager (Ms.chestnut) in two months I was told this in April

Oh I didn’t know you was waiting for something to get there...I was just responding to this section of your original post: “Tomorrow is the day I'm able to call to get the date of when to come in just in case I never receive the new one thats going out now.” Now based off that the whole point I was trying to make was it doesn’t matter if you wait til Friday to call,if they sent out the first pre employment on April 9th your information should be on file so you shouldn’t have to wait for the next wave of preemployment letters ..all you need is your name social and list number and they can look it up at 180 Livingston street...also the list don’t expire anytime soon so of course you not losing out but classes do fill up quick losing out of the June class is high

That’s interesting you not the first person to have this happen to I remember someone saying this happen To them with the bus exam list number...if I was you I would CALL TODAY and ask for Ms.vargas (I think I spelled her name wrong but she in charge of the process of getting hired for the trains conductors)OR GO IN PERSON TODAY don’t wait til Friday nobody answer the phone they be so eager to just get off for the weekend and the next class starts in June that’s right around the corner
