Thank you for that. Just passed my CDL B permit exam again, so I'm going to start this process. It does make me somewhat nervous. But I'll do my best to pass. What kinda does have me down, though, is realizing that MABSTOA doesn't have Brooklyn depots anymore. I really wanted to avoid Manhattan driving because of the traffic, and the Bronx is way too far. Will deal with that, if I get in, but I would like a bk depot down the line (pending a transfer, of course).

Does anyone know when they'll start calling classes from 4105 again? Ms, Chestnut told me that because DCAS doesn't handle MABSTOA, I just have to call when they have a class and I'll be in (I didn't answer my pre-employment letter last year, because I was worried about failing the 7-10 day training, and was in my dream career, which is starting to look way more unstable now). Thanks!

Well, I havem't begun the PE process yet. Hence why I'm going to reinstate my other list no for another exam, to keep my options open.

I apolgize. I think the confiusion is on my part. The lady told me they haven't officially released the list yet, but have called others provisionally .

I meant to begin calling from. They won't be reaching out to anyone this month, apparently. But been hiring provisionally.

Welp, got some bad news today. Called the call center, and they said they won't be activating the list this month after all. The lady said TA hopes to start sometime within the next two months, but wasn't sure they will. Just a head up.

I was the one who mentioned the 438 number. The lady said they have been hiring provisionally at the moment, but mentioned a 438 list no--I don't remember the exact context of how she mentioned the no, so will call again. But either way, I think it'll still take a year for those in the 1000s and up to get called. Hence why I'm going for the B/O option, too.

Would you say before the year is up? Some TA workers have told me that, but others say it could be a year and a half.

My list no is in the low-1000s. I really want the call, but they're only up to 438 at this time, as they told me. Could take a year for the call. But problem is , I HATE where I workj now and want to get out ASAP. I'm planning on reinstating my list number for B/O exam 4105, and seeing if they'll call me first. But I still want T/O someday, and hope this change won't jeopardize it that much.
