I’ve seen a lot of R46’s on the (F) recently. Also, I haven’t really noticed the minor change with the designation on the (M), though I have seen pictures on Facebook about it. Well. I’ll see for myself tomorrow morning

    I've seen more R46s (F) Trains than R160's (F) Train

Showing all Cuomo seems to care about are:

    Himself

    His Donors.

As for the extension of the Astoria line, you probably still have some "old guard" types (or equally as important, their heirs) who likely are concerned even a modern El would result in property values declining, still thinking everyone is like them and that no one will buy (especially children who plan to sell such as soon as their parents die off, looking to reel in huge money for themselves).

Cuomo and DeBla**hole only cares about their own interest not People's Interest. I Would Prefer Molinaro or Nixon as Governor, Also I Would Prefer Eric Ulrich as Public Advocate.

The former I agree with. The latter not so much. Extending the (N) to QBL won’t really help in terms of reliability. First off, you’d be creating a new bottleneck by 63rd Street and making the bottleneck at 36th Street worse. Best sort term idea in terms of making service more reliable is this:

    (N) to 96th Street with the (Q)

    (R) to Astoria, short turns at Whitehall can be listed as (W)’s

Add a new (K) Service from WTC to Forest Hills. Which will allow for the following:

    (C) Truncated to WTC.

    (E) made into the 8th Avenue Express; replaces the (C) past Canal to Euclid.

    (F) Stays as is.

    (M) Rerouted via 63rd Street.

An alternative would be to make the (E) and (K) the QB Locals and he (F) and (M) the QB Expresses, which would help in Maximizing capacity.

The only downside to this proposal is the 36th Street bottleneck and a new bottleneck which would be added at 50th Street.  It these issues won’t be too big and still allow for more flexibility compared to the current system.

Well that's a good idea, there are some things i prefer

    (C) extended to Cambria Heights-234th St

    (K) from WTC to to Rockaway Park-Beach 116th St via new Queensway line

    (E) extended to Queens Village - Springfield Blvd,

    (F) extended to Floral Park - Little Neck PkwyFloral Park - Little Neck Pkwy

    (M) extended to Floral Park - 263rd st

    (R) to Run Super-Express from Queensplaza to Rego Park via a New Super-Express Tunnel underneath LIRR

It will be a very good Idea for (E) and (K) Train to run QBL Local while the (F) and (M) express.

Any service that isn’t from 6th local via 63rd is a terrible idea as the (F) doesn’t need another merge. (Don’t even say 60th as you would have just swapped the designations and killed the (N)’s reliability. Eliminating the (W) could just be recouped by extra (R) s to Astoria. The (W) isn’t really an independent line anyways and I would probably only keep the designation to not confuse people about the short turn (R) s to Whitehall.

Go to Stations like 28th Street, 23rd Street, Spring Street, 8th Street-NYU and From City Hall to Whitehall Street. (W) running along with the (R), Best Idea is that (R) to Replace the (N) on Astoria line, (N) to Replace (R) on QBL.

If that’s the case, then you’ll have to introduce a new service in order to reduce such crowding. One that was discussed here often was an (E)(F)(K)(M) service pattern where the (K) will replace the (M) on 53rd Street and the (M) is rerouted via 63rd Street. But then you’ll have a new bottleneck between 36th Street and Queens Plaza/Queensbridge. That shouldn’t be a problem if you reschedule trains and whe CBTC come online.

Removing (R) Line from QBL would be a terrible idea, I Take the (R) a lot.

A lot of the IND in general could use some repairs... Norwood is hell,  Lafayette is a prison, Culver after 4th-9th is rotting, 103rd has more plywood than concrete, and the upper Manhattan stations (168th and north) stink like shit.

Same goes for Chambers Street, Bowery, East Broadway, Hunts Point Avenue, Third Avenue-138th Street, Lexington Avenue-59th St on the (N)(R) and (W) Line, Queensboro Plaza, 68th Street-Hunter College, 86th Street on the (1) Line, 14th Street-6th Avenue on the  (F)(L) and (M) Lines, Most QBL Stations and (A)(C)(J)(L)(Z) Stations as well.

Now we know what the R179's are pushing out. And it makes logical sense. The R46/160 swap (CI-Jamaica) is put on hold until further notice. (Might not happen at all with the R211's coming in cbtc ready).

Makes no sense to push out the R32's where they can push out R46's instead which is a good thing.

Same what i think. Might not happened at all the Coney Island and Jamaica R46 and R160 swap.
