  1. When you go down to 180 they will tell you how long you have to wait. I know you cannot have a accident within 18 months
  2. It depends when you had the accidents. If it’s over 18 months then you’re good. If not you’ll just have to wait.
  3. If you can take the train do so. Parking lots I heard is about $30 per day.
  4. Tomorrow 1st testing day. Not sure about the rest, just trying to stay focus. I have my license so I don’t have to go through the additional pressure
  5. MTA Bus you don’t need money order. Only OA/TA. My friend was MTA Bus and did not had to get money order. Me on the other hand had too. We both in training right now. So more info. Is better.
  6. I figured it depends on who you get. Or maybe they’re refrain from telling people so it wouldn’t be an issue because they’re skipping some people, you got to be like like a leach too.
  7. I heard the lady at 180 Livingston street told several persons no more than 6 points in license
  8. And print out a copy and take it with you too. They’ll ask for it when you get there.
  9. Ok. Four years later now and you would’ve been good by now. Hopefully the police officer don’t show up. But 4 years and still in court
  10. I was surprised a guy in my group has a class A CDL license and he has to downgrade to a class B which he has to go through the DMV testing for.
  11. Good afternoon. When you go for Medical after you finish and got cleared, you will go over to window 3 for final Processing. Which is photo, finger prints and your start date letter, then off to Zerega. 1 day which is ways a Sunday is orientation/classroom then Monday morning which ever Depot they assigned you to for the 10 days training. You can qualify on 7th, 9, or 10th day, then who does not have the CDL license will go to East Chester for further training for the DMV road test.
  12. That could’ve been off your license 2/22/2022. And how does that ticket associated with points? Is it the camera flashes you?
  13. When you call and get onto someone ask them, some are lazy and don’t want to tell you and they should. And they should be able to tell you what number they’re up too.
  14. Good morning. How are things going for your wife? Did she get a depot of her choice?
  15. Most time when you now started is the evening shift. If you like early mornings you have to be lucky to get that. My sister started out at LaGuardia Depot about a year and something ago and she was lucky to get more mornings. They have lots of openings there. And if you have someone working at any Depot they can look up the schedules/times for a depot you interested in, they can see work for all Depots.
  16. You should tell them you want 1100 so you don’t have to switch later from MTA bus to MBSTOA/OA
  17. But my list number for exam 1100 is 62x, six twenty something and I’m in training right now.
  18. 1 day for now. First day is paperwork and drug testing. If your appointment is 6:30am that means you’re getting out early. The earliest you get on line over there is better chance of getting out early,
  19. I’m still in training. Got our pass on 3rd day. Some people got theirs earlier.
  20. TA will be a better shot. You have more options in Depots and if there was to lay off operators, they’ll have to find a civil service position for you. That’s what we were told in class.
  21. Ok. You can let them know which one you preferred. And as soon as that OA & TA exams come out make sure you guys who with MTA Bus takes it.
