  1. I wonder if someone on here can post the times for the through CPW before the Fastrack start?
  2. For the Train Fastrack, I'm hearing now the MIGHT run Express via 8th Avenue/CPW in Both Directions with the and covering the local stations on CPW because 1. They don't want the to congest the Switch before West 4th Street 2. They don't want the to cross-over north of 59th Street with the Still running and delaying the CPW, hence that's probably why the plan is a possible right now, not official.
  3. Hopefully. There's also work being done on the week of Thanksgiving (Mon-Wed) causing the To run local via CPW in Both Directions. Hopefully when they do that work, the can be normal on the Central Park West for awhile
  4. I wonder if they would do the same set up before Fastrack like last time when the southbound Trains ran local before the Fastrack started, the Northbound And Trains remain the same and the last northbound being the clean-up train (Last Train Through)?
  5. That explains why I saw that local Service begins early.....
  6. So most of the 2500s are only coupled to 2500s. They're supposed to put all of the 2500s together and keep the 2600s and 2700s together by this week. Looks like that swap MAY Go through after all
  7. Yep for those who wanted or telling me to do College, I'm NOT DOING IT. I already got accepted to trade school and college isn't for me. Well don't care

College degrees are only a "cherry-on-top" in this day in life. Networking is key.

  8. Nope there was no gap. Before the Train with the sick passenger came, one left like 7 min ago prior to that. And plus after they sent the Train behind our Local still, another Train was behind that Train (Which ran Express from Canal-59 Street). And people were confused.
  9. You misunderstood. The train with the sick passenger went local directly behind our Train and the 2nd Train was behind that Train. It was no 30 min gap.
  10. Crazy incident happened. Somebody passed out on the northbound Train @ 59th Street. 15 minutes later, still waiting for help. They ended up sending the Local because of that BUT it was stupid because there was a Train at 42nd Street on the Express tracks because of that sick person. And when we got to 125th Street (On The Local), there was a DIRECTLY Behind us. And thats the same Train that had the sick passenger and even the C/R said they should have had both that And Express because the was now 15 min late. And then the Train that I mentioned before on the Express tracks via 8th Avenue was behind that Train (Local as well). So basically they sent the Local which could have been avoided, and they should have let the late Train go express. It was like wow. Really?
  11. So I'm guessing for the Train Fastrack in December, its obvious they're sending Trains via Cranberry Tube in both directions. I'm thinking/guessing that the And will run Express between Canal and 59th Street In BOTH Directions. Just guessing
  12. Yes. Even during the late night hours sometimes its busy.
  13. Yep. Concourse and Coney Island Yard are supposed to swap. R68As are supposed to move to the while the receives the R68s from the due to those Concourse R68s being overused and mileage. The 2500s however will stay on the though
  14. Something interesting will happen in 3 weeks assignments wise......
  15. 2776-2783 is now CIY set and supposedly 5157-5160 and unknown 5000 R68As been on the for 3 weeks and may have been a transfered
  16. Yeah so anyways I'm planning on filming the Q1 route (RTS) soon.
  17. In other news, does anyone know what type of construction is being worked on the southbound Express tracks which is causing the Downtown And Trains to run via CPW Local until November?
  18. OK. Here's my 2 cents. Why avoid a line over a subway car? That sounds stupid. If you have work and you're late you're excused will be "I'm late because I avoided a subway car on a line?". Who cares what runs on what? As long as it gets you from Point A to Point B? And for those who said people on the line will bitch when they lost their R160s statement was false. Yes Central Park West is busy during the Rush Hours BUT who cares what runs on the ? It's getting people where they have to go, that what matters. And I wish some people luck on avoiding subway lines over a subway car. Honestly as much I'm not a big fan on the or the R32s, I'll still take it to my destination or if I need to go somewhere along the route. I find it sad that we avoid a line over stupid shit.
  19. yeah. They also send our Northbound Train Local because of the incident
  20. it will be different for the Because during Snowstorms they usually don't lay up the R32s from the into snow layups but with the R160s staying on the , there will be a lot of layups because of the R160s
  21. nah they usually don't suspend the during Plan 4 UNLESS the weather is severe. But I'm saying Plan 4 is going to be interesting because if they still have R160s on the they will store the unused ones on the 8th Avenue/CPW Express (Which has barely happened). But from what I've heard (Not to sound foamy) that the R32s handle the snow better than R160s correct me if wrong.
