  3. It refers to what sections in co-op city a route would be served first, over the other.... i.e.) the old Qbx1 that went via "5-4-3-2-1" meant that, a bus heading towards co-op city would serve section 5 first, then onto section 4, section 3, section 2, then section 1... the old Qbx1 via "1-2-3-4-5" means the opposite... a bus heading towards co-op city would first serve section 1, then section 2, then 3, then 4, then 5...
  4. this is why I fux with old school tracks.... these cats was storytellers back then...
  5. I remember the B33... but it didn't go anywhere near hanson pl .... speaking of hanson place... whatever happened to that small business that used to sell flowers, trees, plants, etc. over there by flatbush/hanson ?
  6. "F*** Jay-z" (the way it's said makes me laugh everytime I hear it).... yeh, that's one of the most classic diss tracks ever put out; definitely in the top 10 without doubt.... - I'm listenin to "40 Bars", by Allen Iverson... (yes, that Iverson... lol...)
  7. lmao... I remember that whole thing b/w Sporty Thievz & TLC... the whole gender war thing that went on in rap for that brief stint.... back when ppl. kept shit on wax.... there was an "answer" track to No Scrubs.. it was made by some underground clique... been lookin for that for the longest... ever since RealPlayer was "the" choice of media player to use for music (does anyone still use realplayer anymore?) ---------------------------- Right this second, now I'm listenin to "Friends" - Nas & Damian Marley I d/l'd the album that this song is off, last night... Damian is the truth.... but Nas' pseudo intelligence still irks the hell out of me... that's my biggest gripe w/ him... like he sits & researches his rhymes.... iono, me being a lyricist, that methodology of writin' gets under my skin.... what's the trendy term on the internet, regarding Nas again... "Nas Lost". yep, that's it... lol
  8. nice r/f trip....

I see that you like my sig' format as well :D

  9. Thanks for the PM.... Wow that was fast... wadn't expecting these anytime soon... You made my day... well at least, the hour that's left in it I've eased up a bit on my dislike for the B82... but I'll always favor the ole B5/B50 combo... these destination signs you've made for me... I don't want to use the word nostalgic, as it wasn't ages ago when they were discontinued.... but this, at least, brings back the feeling when I used to frequently xfer b/w the two old routes... and didn't mind doing so... I wanted to throw in the "Pathmark" there b/c it pretty much defines that specific area... and again, the Bensonhurst thing I never really understood... and I doubt Gravesend is a fairly newly named neighborhood.... Thanks again for everything bro.
  10. cool concept.... I always wanted to do something like this... can you do a sign of the old B50 & the old B5... with a twist... * the B5 sign I'd like to read: Gravesend --------------------- (denotes next frame, from here on in) Cropsey - Canal Av's (same frame, with "cropsey -" on top, and "canal avs" on the bottom) --------------------- Pathmark --------------------- via Kings Hwy I never understood why the MTA considers that area Bensonhurst (on the x28/38, the destination sign reads Bensonhurst, then below it, Cropsey av...) * the B50 sign I'd like to read: Spring Crk Twrs Seaview - Penn avs -------------- via Kings Hwy -------------- via Flatlands av - I believe the horizon's are the ones w/ the orange font... could you do it with that style/formatting? - and if you have to omit letters to make anything fit, by all means. Take as much time as you have to, friend... TIA (I havent used that acronym in years.... it means Thanks in Advance)
