The LED sign on the R160s have a refresh rate somewhere near 1/100 of a second. The camera, when used with a shutter speed higher than 1/100, you get a partial LED sign image because that all the camera "sees".

I'm gonna tell you and everyone else this: Different cameras take photos in their own way. No matter how much you try to replicate settings, the photo will be different. The settings people tell you - use them as a guide and then tweak said settings to what you think is the best.
