Does anyone think that the SAS, in current form, is slightly redundant? People on the Upper East Side don't even like to take the subway. I don't see how it will possibly be useful in its current form without some connection to The Bronx.
To all the folks saying that construction cannot be during the night on els, would you rather have it done during your rush hour? During the day? How do you expect the el to stay standing?
Mkay I got caught up in the turn-arounds at Grand Central tonight. I missed my train at GCT because the darned and trains couldn't turn around fast enough. *sigh* It got me home an hour later than I should have.
