I like the fact that we got an Associate Moderator. I hope it is a new start. But I really think that we did not center into the problem completely. I don't think just adding a new Moderator cuts as "Solving the Problem". First you need to find the problem, figure out all the causes, and then work from there. Putting another person at a high position is not always the quick way to solve a problem.

  And can we at least have some standard where a person has to post a message that makes sense or close to readable? I hate when people are 'text speaking' where it's 'r''u' and others with random usage of punctuation/run on sentences.
