Also, what is this car in relation to the Corridor Clipper?

Behind the glass is a camera that displays the video feed on a screen in the passenger compartment.

 

Beech Grove is Amtrak's business car for executives. Corridor Clipper looks similar, but it is a catenary inspection car. By the way, Beech Grove is also the name of Amtrak's heavy repair shop in IN.
