metsfan 2 Posted December 2, 2009 Share #1 Posted December 2, 2009 What is the glass enclosed bit on the top for exactly, i don't get it.... Also, what is this car in relation to the Corridor Clipper? - A
Amtrak7 427 Posted December 2, 2009 Share #2 Posted December 2, 2009 Behind the glass is a camera that displays the video feed on a screen in the passenger compartment. Beech Grove is Amtrak's business car for executives. Corridor Clipper looks similar, but it is a catenary inspection car. By the way, Beech Grove is also the name of Amtrak's heavy repair shop in IN.
