The G.O. where D trains terminate at 2 Av is happening once again. They are Borrowing some sets from the B line so this basically means that there will be RFW on the D line next weekend.

And its not borrowing trains from the ( line, its just using anything that can come out the yard and on the lay ups which would be trains that would be on the ( the next day, but the term borrowing is incorrect in this case.
