Abba Posted June 16, 2010 Share #1 Posted June 16, 2010 I'm just posting this alert because the MTA is becoming more clear about their service alerts.Posted: 06/16/2010 9:06AM MTA Service Notice Due to a rail condition on the express track adjacent to the 28th Street Station, downtown and trains are running on the local track between the Grand Central-42nd Street Station and the 14th Street-Union Square Station.
