Robert Bosco Posted March 4, 2008 Share #1 Posted March 4, 2008 When did the start replacing the floors on subway cars. All I remember is that when the R68's got the new flooring, they stank. Literally. How come the R46's haven't gotten their floors replaced. On some cars, there are actually air pockets below the lining, making large bubbles in the floor.
