Shortline Bus Posted September 2, 2010 Share #2 Posted September 2, 2010 link: http://www.mta.info/nyct/service/fall2010SpanChanges.htm Thanks W8hou. With the B2 weekend service canned, IMO when the economy gets better, I feel that the B9 should become a 24/7 at least between 4nd Ave/59th St. station and Kings Plaza. Also would fill in overnight service gap between basically 39th St (B35) and 86th St (B1)for a 24/7 crosstown bus in Western Brooklyn.
JFK 7212 Posted September 3, 2010 Share #3 Posted September 3, 2010 I'm suprised they added Bx8 service on Sunday. It still ends at 8pm and I always thought that was because nobody rode the line on that day.Now they evened out the hours of operation for all 7 days.Interesting to say the least.
