With the economy the way it is and financial unbalance among individuals,this seems like a common thing now.Remember the August 3rd shooting in CT? Do you think employers should be more mindful as too how the suspend or fire people,or employees should be more mindful about their jobs?

It doesn't matter how you go about it really. Firing/laying off someone is never easy (unless they're total screw ups). But even without that yes employees should be more mindful of their jobs.
