Send that to the Dept of Citywide Administrative Services DCAS-DCPS Certification Division 1 Centre Street, 21st Floor New York, NY 10007 Include your name and old address, along with your new address. Put the Exam Title, exam number, your SSN (Social Security Number), your list number (if you have one already), and agency (if any) it would be MTA for agency).They will mail you a notice stating they received your change of address, and it has been updated.
