jmazz77 Posted June 23, 2011 Share #3 Posted June 23, 2011 just go to the DMV and get the commercial driver's manual. Otherwise google it. I know there were several I had found, but can't remember what they were.. For airbrakes, just remember A.L.S.A.P.S. Air leakage rate check Low air warning device check Spring brake check Air compresson cutoff check Parking brake check Service brake check

Locomotion69 Posted June 23, 2011 Share #5 Posted June 23, 2011 How many did get wrong on the General K? Air brakes is a much shorter test. I failed the General K the 1st time around. The thing is they don't give you back your test, they just tell you how many you got wrong and if you passed or failed. I was watching the DMV clerk grading the tests and she was doing it while eating a sandwich, Go here and study/practice. http://www.cristcdl.com/otc/gk/
