So why is it under Ulmer Park's roster if it doesnot operate at all in Brooklyn or Staten Island for that matter?

 

Because are no express bus depots in Manhattan, and Ulmer Park is closest.

Well, technically, the X90 runs from Michael J. Quill, but that's only one line, and I'm not sure they have enough O5 Suburbans to cover the X25, which is probably why Ulmer Park does it.

True, but I don't count the x90 because it just reminds me of a east side limited run because they don't use Cruisers.
