Elderly, disable, medicare fare is $0.75. Transfer fee will be $0.25. Another would be so that those riders who use both HART and SCT wouldn't need to remember two different sets of fares, since their new fares are similar to the fares SCT has, or to pay for the service changes they are making the next day.
