An hour at New London

Recommended Posts

Maybe more than an hour, but who's counting? :P

View from the north end of Union Station. It's also a bus station and the buses pull in on the right, trains on the left.

Train headed for Boston via Providence. I'm trying for a moonlight effect here.

I moved to the south end of the station, where there is a high level platform. The station building is on the left. Here's HHP-8 657 arriving with a Regional train.

Bonus pic: HHP-8 660 pulling the Regional train over the Niantic River via bridge NAN.

Thanks for viewing!

The first two are just WOW!

But all the pics are excellent anyway.

Thanks so much, Pablo! You know I love black and white :P

Nice shots, my favorite is the one of 2001.

Thanks, nycbusfan!

Thanks, Andy, I'm just being stubborn about the name (again) :D

Just like i don't call them railcars, i call them amcans, viewsleepers, or saggy extra baggy cars. :P:cool:B)
