LOQV Posted November 10, 2015 Share #1 Posted November 10, 2015 How long does it take to have your name reinstated to a civil service exam list
+Young+ Posted November 10, 2015 Share #2 Posted November 10, 2015 From my experience, about two months. Keep in mind that you have to initially write (or type) a letter to DCAS, and once they restore your name, then the appropriate agency will contact you. KNYNE Posted December 2, 2015 Share #6 Posted December 2, 2015 It takes about 2 months to be reinstated to the list. I know first hand because I had to be reinstated early last year to the Track Worker list. After applying for reinstatement at Centre Street, I got a letter within a few weeks that I was reinstated to the list followed by another letter a few months later to report for final processing. LOQV Posted December 3, 2015 Author Share #7 Posted December 3, 2015 Thanks KNYNE. I received a letter in the mail from dcas 3 weeks ago stating that I was restored on the train operator exam list. Now I'm just waiting to hear from the MTA.
