About this service (excuse me if i added the extra ), They do need some kind of improvement on better communication at Times Square on what side to board the Queens bound  . I was up here last Wednesday to visit my little brother at St. Raymond's in the Bronx, On my way back to 34-HY, I waited for the HY bound train for 30 minutes due to a "sick passenger" at Grand Central Station. If you guys and ladies noticed that 35% of the passengers still don't know not to board the HY bound    train? That kills time to go back home after you get tired from work? At Times Square, I couldn't move an inch from that spot until a R188  came through. 

Reading is fundamental. Really. Do not blame the for peoples incompetence and inattentiveness.

If you guys and ladies noticed that 35% of the passengers still don't know not to board the HY bound    train?

35%? Everyone I've seen boards on the correct side of the platform.

 

Also, don't discount the small minority of people who travel to 34th so they can get a seat on the train back.
