How do I add a signature or profile picture?

How do I add a signature or profile picture? I can't find it in the "My Profile" or "My Settings".

Sorry for the inconvenience but once your member group promotion (30 days after registration) kicks in you will have the ability to edit your profile.

I will look into tweaking the cover photo options.
