Boynyc Posted February 12, 2019 Share #1 Posted February 12, 2019 Anyone please help me.. I did all my paper works, done my drug test. And the day I did my medical, I been told to bring proper documents from my doctor, because I had surgery and it's my previous work related and I have a workers compensation case running. Now my question is " does MTA hire while your workers compensation case is active"? Please reply me if someone has any idea... thanks..

If I was you, I would give them a call on Monday (347-643-8229/30/31/32) and ask them as an anonymous person and take it from there. They will eventually do a background check on you, providing you pass the physical, training, etc., therefore it's better to disclose it, even if it's with your interviewer during final processing. That's my opinion...
