Amtrak Metuchen 3-15-2009

Spent the day at Metuchen yesterday along with forum member an railfan partner Eric K. All the NJT photos are in the NJT rail forum here are the Amtrak photos.Note these are only the shots online not everything.

 

Started out with a Keystone on the local track:

That was followed by an Amtrak MOW rail train heading back to Adams Yard in North Brunswick most likely from the Newark MOW base:

A DC bound Regional was next:

Another DC bound NER this time lead by an HHP-8:

A NYP bound NER was next lead by an HHP-8:

That was followed by a NER headed to DC:

That was followed by Keystone Cab car leading:

A NER to NYP was next with double AEM7's:

That was followed by a NYP bound Acela:

Then a DC bound Acela:
