Announcement over PA states that the bus has to make a detour at Jamaica Avenue to go to the 179th Street Station. Driver makes the turn at , but doesn't make the right turn towards Hillside until 170th. Leaves me at 169th Street, but I can manage. 8:57AM - Arrive at station; train pulls in. 10. 7:30AM Q4 LTD, 7:35 AM Q3, 8:11AM (E), 8:46AM <6>, 9:05AM BxM3, and the 10:15AM Bee-Line 6. Talk about a lengthy commute...

  11. You probably caught one coming from Jamaica Center. Now if it was coming from 179th Street, you'd be fine.
  12. Don't forget all the other B-Division trains that aren't the train.
  13. They ran on Manhattanville routes (especially the M5), but it's been a while.

  16. Boarded the #1628 n4x 20 minutes ago. Crowd-free and a smooth commute so far...
  17. Sweet commute. It took 20 minutes just to get to Merrick/Hook Creek. I'm taking it again tomorrow on my way to Suffolk County. All they did was put up stickers and scanimages at the n4x stops.
  18. I'm gonna look forward to boarding that bus at Jamaica Center Tuesday...
  19. It's funny how these events happen mostly on NYCTA routes. With a story like that, I feel more justified walking 2 more blocks to a limited stop in the morning rather than waiting at the local stop along my street.
  20. That happens on every MabSTOA/NYCTA/MTA Bus local route, and it sucks...
