  1. Didn't they say that would be unlikely due to the extreamly deep station?
  2. Phase 3 of SAS is now running, and in fact, the is running into Bronx. They just ditched Phase 4 (Don't ask why). But now Lex-63rd is facing huge structure problems and very unsanitary conditions. It is closed down for renovation. No trains can pass. Provide the best possible service for everyone now. Tracks are as follow if you plan on obstructing them.
  3. Be more specific on what happened next time, because for the first 60 seconds, I was like, what the heck would happen that would cause just Broadway to have "Emergency" repairs? BTW you said "Between", so... Shuttle in Astoria, terminate at Lex. Barclays Center to Coney Island, northbound local. suspended. Coney Island to Whitehall St. Coney Island to Court Square, select trains to Whitehall St. Southbound local. 205th St to 2nd Av, Concourse local. shuttle. local. local. express.
  4. You are correct. Besides, what is SAS supposed to do if there aren't any transfers to Lex? Then again, the still has no idea where the northern terminal will be placed (and neither do we).
  5. Replying to an old comment but who cares? Yeah, I know that. What I want to know is how they are scheduled.
  6. Busier than the Q58 and some other Flushing routes?
  7. Rode it once when it had Orion 7. How bad is the ridership?
  8. BTW I saw John Bowne kids getting dismissed. I wonder where all those Q44's come from that get crowded the moment the doors open.
  9. Got bored so I decided to do some strolling all over Flushing. First walked from Holly Av to LIE, took the Q17, transfered to Q31, then to Q27, then the Q25. Wow. Would you sacrifice 25% of service just to get your D60HFs back?
  10. LOL! I don't realy get the three chat bubbles though.
  11. Can someone please explain the scheduling of the rush hour ? Does it get backed up at JC and the trip to 179th St prevents a backup all the way onto the QBL, and then they leave JC at 4 minute intervals?
  12. Story of my trip to school like on Thursday. Some toddler looked like she had autism. She just grabbed a bag of chips out of her mom's hand and whining "mommy!". She then got angry and swung the bag around, and it popped. Half of the chips came out. She then stopped, looked, and continued to dump the rest onto the seat. Forgot which number, but I remember it being a C40LF on the Q25.
  13. A speeding train gets scraped and a small explosion happens at 14 St-Union Sq. The entire complex fills up with smoke, debris, and wobbly conditions. Third Av cannot be used to turn trains. Reroute/suspend/provide alternates.
  14. Where do you live? Can I stalk you? BTW I'm on Melbourne.
  15. I remember them all running Orion V's. How comfortable was it?
  16. The doesn't use ATO, silly. It will use CBTC in the future.
  17. Wouldn't the Phase 2 be cheaper to build because some tunnels are already there?
  18. I heard a rumor back in 2014 that the Q64 is changing depots again. Any news on that? What is there to replace? Or is it for a service increase?
  19. Blame the terrible weather. Today I was almost late to school. Waiting for a n/b Q25/34. A Q25 LTD finally came after 15 minutes of waiting, but he was so paranoid! Literally ran 15 mph for most of my trip. No offence, but he looked like Nelson Mandela. What happened when I arrived at my stop at Holly Av? A Q27 left the stop and a Q17 took its place. My bus went right behind it. When I came out, I saw at the red light a Q34 and a Q25 local that almost beat my LTD bus because my driver was so paranoid of the icy road.
  20. Uh huh, if only NYC didn't have to be so complicated.
  21. I just did a quick search and unraveled the pre-2010 queens bus map: http://www.bodywisdomacupuncture.com/index_files/queensbusmap.pdf Now you look at it and go: The really did screw things up and make stupid bus lines back then... I'll try to unravel some more.
