  5. I'm pretty young and I've used the subway lots of times. Some people are just not mature enough to use the subway. I use the subway to go to school, ya know. Sent from my iPhone using NYC Transit Forums mobile app

  7. This happened again... Posted 3:07 PM 3/22/17 Due to a fallen tree at Parkside Avenue, the following service changes are in effect: There is no service between Coney Island-Stilwell Avenue and 145 St in both directions trains run via the line between Coney Island-Stilwell Avenue and DeKalb Avenue in both directions There is no train service between Coney Island-Stilwell Avenue and DeKalb Avenue There was a and train stalling at Kings Highway at 2:34, and I waited 10 minutes until the conductor said there was a fallen tree... I had to use the even-more-crowded B49 now, as most people did. [emoji19] Sent from my iPad using NYC Transit Forums mobile app
  8. 9. I ride the daily, and I don't get much variety, since they run only R160A/B's, and that real rare R68 and or rare extra train on the local track (it used to be a lot more common with the Brighton GO's). On an unrelated note, there was a weird swap in terms of the tracks they used... There was a on the express, and a on the local... however the next local was a ... Why would that happen? 10. I was on a yesterday, and one of the ceiling displays kept saying "THIS IS CANAL ST" . The other displays and the announcements were fine though. I think it's the sign of aging. Also, I remember the train program when the FIND displayed the Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Center transfers at all of the local stops. Sent from my iPad using NYC Transit Forums mobile app
  11. To solve the Bay Ridge-4th Avenue line situation, I was thinking about bringing back the and as they were before, except that the would terminate at Bay Ridge-95th Street instead of Bay Parkway or 9th Avenue, and would go via the 4th Avenue Local. The will act as the (M)'s replacement. Sent from my iPhone using NYC Transit Forums mobile app

  15. A very high operator has derailed his train at Atlantic-Barclays, making it impassable for the and in both directions. What would you do? My take: : Runs in two sections: Coney Island to 36th Street or 9th Avenue (to avoid too many trains at 36th), Herald Square to 205th Street : provides alternate service to Manhattan and Bronx, select trains run to Coney Island : Runs in one section: Coney Island to 36th Street : Runs in two sections: 95th Street to 36th Street, Whitehall Street to 71st Avenue :provides alternate service in Queens, service increased, select trains run via Brighton Local to Coney Island Sent from my iPad using NYC Transit Forums mobile app
