However, I tell myself that if I do make it out of school car that I'll move to somewhere in the Bronx.  I'm not sure if that is a good idea, but I'm sure that I'll have to report to the Brooklyn and Queens locations for jobs.  I honestly have no idea what to do, but I know that I cannot keep up this commute for long. 

Would driving make it easier ?

Yeah hope so , but on the brighter side that does show they def working on more T/O classes I’m guessing

No I meant TSS , he said they’re having new TSS classes because they need them for school car and the issue might be not enough available to have more T/O classes

Would you happen to know how long the tss classes are ? Just in case that is the issue

This is to notify you that, at this time, the last list number appointed for Train Operator Exam # 7604 was # 4149. This i got email from NYCT.

that number is who was called for pre-employment and was processed, drug tested, and appointed to the position.

So I was wondering which number is calling now for just pre0employment. my number is 49xx

An induction class is about 70-80 people. Then from that you pick which division you want to be in. It’s based of ya test score seniority. After that you’re separated into groups of 10. My induction class was 73 I believe, we had a few people who were brought in from a previous list because they were hurt during school car. But our regular B division class was 10 and a total of 4 classes.

do they split the class in groups for the exams ? Because I thought classes had about 80 people in them

Everyone passed 10/10. For our induction I believe it was 40 of us in B division and everyone also made it through the exams. Like RTOMan said don’t let that I gotta get 100 be your main focus. There are other parts of the job that you have to become familiar with as well and you don’t want to stress out over this and then it hurts your overall skill set as a T/O!

@Imhim how many people in your class failed ? And out of how many ? 

I think I read on here that they skip a month after every 2 classes , is this true ?

i heard 4-5 more years of XX.  if this is the truth....i might have to consider getting a new profession or go back to the employer.
had a classmate legit quiet cry/tears after clearing then only having less than 6 hours of sleep then waking up and doing it all over again.  if you're commute is 2+hours....the 10-12 hour minimum between jobs doesn't really help if you know what i mean?

What is XX exactly ? And what is the typical schedule for a new employee? since they have a 10-12hr min between jobs @trackerjack

Better off going on person. I missed mine back from 3/23 and I went in yesterday they took me in but prepare to be there all day. I went in at exactly 9am and did not leave until 4:45pm. Now just waiting on Drug testing results.

been trying to reschedule mine that I had 4/19 , haven’t been able to reach anybody wanted to know if they had any other dates coming up or if I missed this opportunity

I am currently unvaccinated , can I still go to pre employment and just make sure I’m vaccinated before the final process?
