    8480 is at Stengel. It has a broken tracker.

    8007, 8101, 8430 are maintenance swap loans so there isn't a need to report it since the assignment of the bus has not changed. Similar to what is happening at Tuskegee

    Loans. QV is maintenance swapping with stengel. XD40s for LFS. Jamaica is helping out too.

    Looks like QV is doing maintenance on some Stengel XD40s. Which is weird considering QV hasn't had xcelsiors in more than a decade.

    4270 was a day loan driven by a LGA operator. 4557 is a different case.

    It was at Zerega for many months. Bouncing around Stengel and Zerega for the past few weeks.

    Personally, I believe that the 2015s XD40s aren't needed their unless GH sends their XD40s out. I'm not too sure if Gun Hill is a training base though. It would be greatly appreciated if anyone could provide a full list of training bases.

    9374 has been delivered. 9354 is the only unit not delivered 9356 is pending repairs.

    The M3s are banished to certain trains due to how the equipment is rotated. They can’t go into GCT so they are forced onto certain runs.
