  1. Hey B what do you mean by this "Ace is currently researching a script that will allow us to place connections, lines, destinations, etc. on the entrance placards."

The overhead destination signs on platform showing the Route To this via this Late night this runs local

Platform signs/entrance/exit signs that are renamable so it can correspond with route building instead of having to reskin every sign

  2. They are splines. And yes they are working on creating invisible stations for them.

Whats the need to create invisible stations when the AJS ones work just fine I used them perfectly with magiclands subway station kits because his own person invisible station the length for the platform couldn't be adjusted meaning(it couldnt be set to 150,175,200m etc...) when the train came in it usually stopped in the middle of the platform only opening maybe 4 train cars doors with the AJS you are able to have the station length btwn 50 and 300 or 600 I believe and it must be placed near the front of the station so all doors of the train will open and not just the middle or and end cars.

Which is why magicland had end station pieces and a seperate spline for the purpose to use the invisible station and users have the choice to use any track to connect and boom.

  3. In the good 'ol days pre 2009 as far as I remember from '97 or '98 to 2009 the trains to ride were the R-32,38,40S/M for the B division IMO they could all hit mid to upper 50's even 60+ in those hot spots along the (B)(D)(A)(F)(N) as far as I remember.Loved the Mods on the (B) the operators ran them good. For the A-Division hands down to those cats on the (3) formerly on the (4) they hauled 10-15 yr old R-62's on the (4) was the spotlight for me growing up in the 90's I'm unsure about speeds but they kicked ass up and down Lex as the R-142 and Kawa 142A's are doing todau but those 62's lightweight they didn't sway like the 46's in the B division but if felt they like were jolting or jumping from side to side when they were flying.I don't remember the Redbirds much because I didn't like them but I heard those were rockets.

Now in days things are a bit slower because of more timers but the spotlight to enjoy are the 32's and 46's flying in 42nd S/B,Nostrand S/B,14th S/B easily all the time at least 42mph at most possibly 48 although I remember a (C) operator came in 42nd flying at 47.

The Brighton is still decent with the 68/A's also 34th to W4 trains just come in at least 45.The A-division the 62's on the (3) are kicking ass up and down 7th Av/Broadway also the 142 and 142A's are getting things done but too me the R-62A's are sluggish although the brakes are very good.

  4. Next: A (A) TRAIN Derails into the waters of Broad Channel. Police are investigating the matter, and service between Howard Beach- Broad Channel is suspended. Reroute the services

    (A) Regular Service from 207th to Howard Beach/Lefferts Blvd. Shuttle bus service from Far Rock & 116th St to Howard Beach!

  5. Everything up there is dead. <3>Train and GE&P(6) are talking about some copyright issues, and <3>Train does not even have the tunnels. He made them, but he lost them, and GE&P(6) and BStyles have them. They say it would be some copyright issue stuff, so BStyles is currently making some new tunnels in collab with GE&P(6).

The open-cut stuff, GE&P(6) lost all of that stuff when he lost his NYCTA content. This was part of the (N) and (Q) lines. I asked him about this stuff and he said it is coming back soon.

If you hit the Auran forums, you can see plenty new content, including some more realistic, less poly count EL tracks by BStyles.

Hearing this is a shame.I thank you for letting us know about this and that but this has been happening for years people creating things and losing them whatever happened to backing shit up with other people co-developers,flash drives, friends, emails wtf this is completely bull shit.

O I lost the tunnels. And the copyright issue I don't get if they're considered the NYCTA Team there shouldn't be any copyright issues someone gets the credit for the textures and the other for the creation.

When shit is done its done there may be some errors, miscalculations or whatever but when its released the community should give feedback on stuff instead developers holding in all the work and releasing everything as once risking losing ALL or MOST data.

We have top of the notch signals(nothing else may be necessary meaning they should be FINAL they were re-textured) GE&P

    Partial Elevated platform(spline) objects

Underground pack many stations and objects(not FINAL but tracks should be removed so people can add invisible stations)

Those tunnels and Sea Beach objects are major set backs.Hopefully the lesson should be finally learned about backing up data in multiple places it's just inexcusable. But I'm looking forward to better looking objects(more FPS friendly) since the Sea Beach and tunnels were lost. Can't wait!

Questions for GE&P(6). How is the work going on the Sea Beach stations the ones that had the tunnels at the end, and where do you suppose I can find some nice wall, like the ones on your Brighton Line?

Just wanted to know if this content was or is still being worked on or is dead?(Sea Beach stations and tracks also the tunnels!

  7. NEXT:

Due to terror threat at Roosevelt Island Tram Station, nearby Roosevelt Island, Lexington Av-63rd St and 68th St-Hunters College and 59th St-Lex Av Stations are closed.

    (F) is re-routed via Crosstown

(4)(5)(6) since its under 68th St I would assume sending trains wouldn't be safe so the (4) runs to 125th St,(5) via 7th Av,(6) runs btwn Pelham and 86th

N/B Lex Service (4) runs btwn Crown Hts and Grand Central and also the (6)

    (N)(Q) terminates at 57th and (R) terminates at 34

  8. NEXT

Express tracks out of service at 28 St (1). Note that (1)(2)(3) trains cannot all fit on one track, and (2) trains can't fit on Lexington.

Since some service will have to be cut, run extra trains to accommodate passengers.

    (1) Extended to New Lots Rush Hours also the (4) extended to New Lots

    (2) Regular service from 242nd to 42nd then via local to 18th St then switching back to the exp tracks before 14th continuing regular service south of Brooklyn

    (3) runs btwn 148th and 34th St Penn Sta via express

Shuttle buses provide service between Chambers and South Ferry.

  9. In that scenario, there would be no (6) service beyond 125th. (4) and (5) would both be locals with some (5)s diverted to the (2).

Did you not read what exactly I said.

    (6) runs between 125th and Pelham Bay Park (Section 1)

    (6) runs between Bowling Green and 86th St (Section 2) Express only 8 trains in each direction required

    (4) trains run local via Lex Local from 125th to Brooklyn Bridge

for Bronx Pelham service passengers can take the (4) at 86th for the train to 125th.

And I stated the (5) will run via 7th Av

  10. NEXT

Lex Express tracks closed at 110 St. Assume no extra trains can run on the local track.

Provide as much extra service as possible.

    (4) trains run regular Bronx and Brooklyn Service but local in Manhattan from 125th to 42nd St and regular service south.

    (5) trains run between Dyre and Flatbush via 7th Av Line some trains will run via Local.

    (6) runs between Pelham Bay Park and 125th St(section 1) And Bowling Green to 86th St via Express.(Section 2)

4 trains make local stops for loss of local service.

  11. Do you seriously think shuttle buses would be adequate for that line? Buses were barely enough in Inwood when 181 St collapsed, and that's only because the (A) was right nearby.

It's either that or walk to CPW.It's not like the (1) never had shuttle bus service along those stops.

  12. NEXT

The 125 St Viaduct is discovered to have a structural defect. As a result, (1) trains cannot pass or stop at 125 St.

Change (1) service and provide enough extra service on nearby lines to accommodate passengers.

    Section A of (1) train service: 242nd to 137th St-City College.

Section B of (1) service: Shuttle buses provide service between City College and 96th St.

Section C: (1) trains run between South Ferry 96th St.

  13. NEXT

Cortlandt St (R) - closed and impassable.

Grand St (B)(D) - closed and impassable.

Provide as much alternate service as possible. Be realistic.

N/B (D) Re-routed via backdoor (F) line via Culver Exp then continuing service via the (F) line to W4th and regular service N/B.

S/B (D)'s regular service between 205th and W4 and diverges to (F) line making its way to Coney Island.

    (B) trains run between Atlantic Pacific and Brighton Beach as a shuttle providing West End Service in both directions.

Select (N) trains run via (D) line on West End for extra service.

    (R) runs between Continental Av and 57th St-7th Av

    (Q) and (N)'s provide local service between 57th and Prince St.

  14. NEXT

A train has broken down switching from the local to the express tracks at 34 St & 6 Av. As a result, no uptown trains can run via 6 Av.

-(D) Regular Service from 205th to 42nd then via 6th Av LCL switching back to the exp tracks before W4th continuing regular service to Coney.

-Northbound (D)'s run via backdoor at Coney via the Culver (F) line to Jay then via the (A) from W4 to 59th and regular service north. Some run via the (N) To Astoria or 57th or Continental to ease congestion.

-The (:P runs between Midtown 57-7th Av and Coney Island via (R) providing service along West End and select (N)'s run down West End.

-(F) Regular service from Coney to Jay then via (A) line to Canal then via local uptown(should not intefere with (C) service since its not too frequent) via 53rd St.Southbound is regular.

-(M)'s run on shuttle and between 42nd Bryant Park and Continental via 63rd St wrongrailing in 47th 50th and 42nd to not disrupt 6th Av service for the (B)(D) and (F) since 6th Av is impassable N/B.

  15. Next problem:

An incident leaves the Central Park West Line impassable between 59 Street and 125 Street. How could you change service?

    (A) runs between 207th and 168th,Penn Sta regular south.(Passengers transfer to the (1) )

(:P Re-routed via Broadway (Q) line to 57th no service north of DeKalb on 6th Av

    (C) Suspended(Shuttle buses provide service btwn 168 and 145 to nearby (1) )

    (D) 205th to 145th and (D)'s running via Queens Blvd 63rd St to Continental or and 179th

  16. I am also going to post some stuff from my subway route.

As for the trains, I am using the R46, R46B, and a German train which I forgot the name of, but it is DestSignTable workable. I can put things like the R32; the route first, and then the Destination. If you haven't figured out yet, the routes so far are the 70(A)(Q) and <Q>. I use the R46 for the 70(A) and (Q), the German Train on the <Q>, because I do not have the R46 rollsign for it. I am thinking of adding the (R) and 70(M) as Express trains.

Well good luck over here on my end I got a fictional NYCT route going using R-32/40S/R-44 subway cars letter lines are the (Q) and (K)

Both travel along the same line.

    North Terminals: Wash Hts-168 St

    South Terminal: Liverpool

    (Q) will be an express N/B to Wash Hts and local all the way to Liverpool

    (K) will be an express S/B to Liverpool and local all the way up to Wash Hts

this is starting on elevated in Wash Hts because at the moment the underground subway pack is preventing me from adding invisible stations because I would like this to be a session route.

Makes no sense using an object that doesn't have passengers already there because you have to use the door controller rule at every stop and no one gets on or off kind of like what Ali3exp did with Jeffmorris layout.
