  1. Can you tell me what street term means by residental, commercial?
  2. After the Michaelle Solage's party, I took n6 local to Jamaica, then stopped by at Jamaica Center and guess what? 21:00 n4 Freeport was #1840!!
  3. I just went to NYS Assemblywomen's party for Michaelle Solages and one of Solages ambasaddor read that his friend why there is no n6x stop at Elmont Rd either.
  4. Q104 extention to Roosevelt Island is not needed. Most residents who takes Q102 bus from Astoria/Long Island City are wheelchair passengers or passengers who are going or visit hospitals on island.
  5. PinePower usually takes train to Penn Station for NJ's PinePineyWood on his train via train/NJT Train or Bus. I think that's how he gets video from Westbury to Carle Place.
  6. It is not easy as you seem. Carle Place and Westbury has less train service, so it's not best option either. When trains stop at Carle Place, train does not stop at Westbury according to schedule, so only way Westbury residents are forced to use NICE Bus. http://mta.info/lirr...effersonPJ2.pdf
  7. During that weekday at that period of around 7pm, it seems like 50 people waiting in line for either n22/n24 Hicksville around the building. Maybe this could be it.
  8. I fixed it. http://signon.org/sign/please-restore-n6-limited-1?source=c.url&r_by=4535018

Nice, you know iaza deletes images after 90 days... you need to upload to photobucket to preserve it.

  9. I also posted onto official facebook page of NICE bus as well because on recommend section, there's one rider on n6 talks about situation.
  10. According to some riders n8 bus seem to only have one bus running. It is same as n2/n8 loop as well.

  12. I will do it on signon.org. It was succesfull petition when I petitioned to fix n23/n27 problem and n21.
  13. n6x Express need to begin at Jamaica Bus Terminal all the time because majority of n6 riders at 165th St used to n6 Limited, n6 limited riders there refused to walk to 168th St for n6x Pickup, so it crowds up the n6 local. Also, during Belmont Racetrack, n6x should make additional stop at racetrack, so spectuars could quick access to racetrack instead of using Q2/Q110 bus into Nassau County's Belmont Racetrack.
  14. n6x are not really succesful than n6ltd. n6 LTD used to make same LTD stop as many MTA-buses did during the Long Island Bus days. n22 is local. n22a local is rush hour only between Roosevelt Field and Jamaica, which does not serve Mineola Station. n22limited was created when Veolia took over LIB under NICE Bus in order to speed bus faster which does not serve Mineola or Roosevelt Field Mall. It used to use Old Country Rd, however on April 8th change, weekday n22l Limited route has been copy of n22a local, but skips Roosevelt Field and Mineola. n22x which runs doing peak hour were introduced in order to give riders between Jamaica and Roosevelt Field Mall quicker ride. All 4 types of n22 has an important purpose.
  15. Nassau County bus stops never had Gude-A-Ride even when it was Long Island Bus.
  16. Nassau Inter-County Express / NICE Bus 39 minutes ago Please NOTE -- EXTENSION of the Suspended Bus Service is now through Tuesday! Stay tuned for updates.
  17. I hope heavey rain doesn't come on Monday or Tuesday, or on date of MTA Public Hearing. I'm going to read my MTA Public Hearing speech at 11:00am on Mon at Mineola Station on Mon, and plus LIB Riders Union Meeting in Hempstead on Tues
  18. LIB was also shut down along with MTA Bus, Subway, NYCT and offer free service before shutdown, so everyone can be evacuated.
  19. Don't you mean 72nd St? There are no switches for express and local tracks at 81st St.
  20. Did anyone read review about Veolia Transportation I posted here. Page 29?
  21. There are some people takes both taxi and NICE Bus and some taxi riders who take NICE Bus aren't happy either.
  22. I remember one time when I was sitting on crowded n4 or n32 bus, it seems like Spanish people aren't even happy with Veolia. When I made mistake on my trip plan to n72 to n80/n81 at Sunrise Mall, I end up on wrong bus n70, but instead took that to Hicksville Rd for n80, where one lady waiting for n72 bus has lots of complaints to Veolia NICE. Same thing happened when I took n33 bus as well.
  23. Cait Sith, Harry, Shortline Bus and other adm/mods are doing great job keeping NYCTF on its topic close as possible and I don't want this great threat about NICE Bus to be closed its door. I don't like when people argue over, but please look at some statements from employees from other agency who works for Veolia. I agreed with everyone's story here about NICE Bus. Even thought PinePower said that Spanish people doesn't complaint, but I heard from a regular n27 rider from Glen Clove said that Spanish people does complaint. I am regular NICE Bus riders as well, and I could feel how NICE Passengers and former LIB drivers feel their pains working with Veolia. At Glen Clove, when n27 northbound was still by Rug Co., I still remember there was one Spanish people gave up on n27 and he hitchhiked properly with other Spanish stranger. When I was at Green Acres Mall, even some Queens folks do take NICE Bus in morning and isn't happy. When Long Island Bus Riders Union and Tri-State Campaign did survey at Hicksville, Mineola, or Jamaica, some passengers said, NICE "S". Slightly might be off-topic, but relating to transit employees's review about Veolia. For example, all these employees below gave Veolia review of 2/5 stars, which means Veolia isn't very popular with some transit employees. According to this, all transit drivers who worked for Veolia isn't happy with Veolia just like PinePower's footstep onboard NICE Bus.
