S78 via Hylan

All of my bus rides today consisted of an Xcelsior on the S93, Orion 5 on the S62, D60HF on the M101, Orion 7 OG on the Q44, Orion 5 CNG on the Q65, Ex-Bee Orion 5 Line on the Q111 and finished it off with an RTS on the B44. I took some subway lines in between some of these bus rides. I too, had a NG free day.

No problem. I wasn't expecting to it see there. It kinda surprised me lol.

Just so everyone knows, 5091 is BACK at Ulmer Park. How do I know? I spotted it on the B1 around 1:20 this afternoon in Bay Ridge while waiting for the S53. It still has FB stickers though. Also, to add 6096 is back at CAS.

Disregard about 6166. It's back at Castleton.

4119 is at FP and 4260 is at Yukon.

6096 and 6166 may be at Yukon. Spotted both back to back on the S79 this morning in Bay Ridge and tracked them on the same route using Bustime.

Here's an annoucement I constantly hear on SI bus routes: "Ladies and Gentlemen, in order to provide the best service to all our customers, buses on Staten Island may be held by central dispatch." Anyone want to shed some light on this?

When exactly did this happen?

The R46's will not be replaced by the R179's. Those will later be replaced by something different. As for why some of the R46's will be sent to SI, they could use up the little amount of life they had just as they have done with the R44's by giving them SMS.

I believe so. CAS still has above < 5 XD40's before all 90 of their buses for the BTE are complete. And yeah, it does like like FP is recieving YUK's NG's which means the rest of CAS' NG's might go to YUK.

Hey, he made it up by riding an Orion 5 on the S79 to Brooklyn!
