Yes, the Q31 is out of CS. That reminds me, on Friday I rode 671 in the Q32 from Penn Station to Queens. That was the first time (technically the second) the I rode that route.

I got Orion 7.501 CNG 7819 on the Bx36 LTD and the farebox was broken.

As for runs, I think it could of the fact that not many bus operators are available when they are needed. For example, they call out sick, but the depot doesn't always find a replacement which is why some buses go MIA. I've seen this a LOT with the SI local routes, but not sure about the express.

Sometimes you'll see D4500CT's on the X12 because it has some trippers out of Castleton.

Commute turned out to be wonderful this evening. Rode Orion 5 6092 on the S92 going toward CSI, Orion 7 NG 4255 returning, Nova LFS 8002, on the S53, then Orion 7 CNG 7591 on the B16 (which was unusally packed due to parent teacher conference) and then finished it off with Orion 5 CNG 9928 on the B35 LTD.

Don't worry about it. I was getting annoyed with all the arguing on the B36/B64/B74 crap.

Well I tried......

This may not be the best idea I came up with, but I was thinking this one up last night: B1 extension to Staten Island: Follows the S53 routing to McClean Av/Sand Lane, then goes down Sand Lane and terminates at South Beach Terminal. I thought this might be useful because this gives residents in South Beach and Arrochar a one-seat ride Bensonhurst, Kingsboro Community College, and other areas served by the B1. This would also take some crowding off the S53 especially during rush hours and the extension would add at the most 10-15 minutes which isn't that bad. Comments?

On another note, I once again caught 9604 on the B44 earlier. One of my second favorite buses.

That I agree with. There is similar case is with two S44's leaving St. George at 7:30PM. I also noticed, they took away the 7PM S94 and moved it to 9:00 PM.

I really don't think reverse peak S96 is needed that much.

I've seen that tripper on the S62 before. Most of the time, it's usually an Orion 5.

I hope not the '98-99 RTS's. The artics probably might send some 96xx's somewhere. The NG's are staying, so to me it only makes sense they would send out the 9600's.

B16 cut to Parkisde Av..... Ehh, I'm not too sure on that one.

4431 is at Yukon. Spotted on the S61 on layover at St. George and has Yukon stickers.

This past weekend, I rode 9604 on the B44 LTD. Love that bus!!!

4261 is at Yukon. Rode it on the S62 and has Yukon stickers.

Last weekend I caught 647 on the Q32.

Those cars have since returned to their original yards because I rode 6511-6515 the last week and 6791-6795 on the and have corresponding strip maps to their respective lines.

The is out of East New York Yard, not Jamaica. Some trains are just stored there for when it begins and ends service.
