  1. 9522 has its farebox and radio removed, to be retired at ECH. 9524 scrap.
  2. 3960 was at Kingsbridge then Gun Hill. It's at Grand Av now with its stickers placed.
  3. I believe its to balance out 8120-8123, the original plan, Charleston is about to be all LFS for the local fleet, there's about 10 Next Generation Hybrid buses at the depot. Both of them have Charleston decals now.
