      Yup, don't know why all of a sudden they loved yellow poles, less seats, and a lack of straps to hold on to while standing.

      I prefer XD40/60 over LFS/A any day. They look better and to me are a better bus design. I just wish the 7xxx XD40s ran better, they aren't the smoothest rides.

    WTF? So we purchased two day passes ($9.95 + tax) for CitiBike, and it says it was $39.09. We docked the bike and got a new code at around every 30 minutes, and the person who was there to help w/ the bikes said "it won't matter if you're late a little." WTF?

      I went over the time once or twice by like a minute or two, but the CitiBike personnel who were at Lafayette & Spring Street told me that it's fine if you go over the time by a little.

      It was a 24 hour pass for sure, we clicked 24 hour pass and clicked two bikes. Also, our relative was with us and he used his card, purchased a day pass and got charged $19!!

    My New York trip has been postponed AGAIN (I was supposed to stop over there on the way back from a vacation in Florida), this time due to a lack of hotels willing to accomodate large families for non-outrageous prices. Not again!!!

      Actually trying to catch an R62A (7) with RFW isn't that bad. What I would do is wait a little at main street, and when all fails after about 20-30 mins just hop on an R188 for atleast a view. Numbers to recognize: 1996 (manhattan bound) and 1960 (flushing bound)

    Experienced two BIEs yesterday, one on the TOMC and one on a NB (E) before Grand Ave. It seems the controller slipped out of the T/O's hand with the (E) since the train started to move again in 15 seconds. Those brakes on the R160's suck! Took about 15 seconds to stop from 25 MPH.

    Chrome just can't work correctly. Getting 2-3 pop-up messages from the browser saying "Your profile could not open correctly" is annoying as hell.
