Locomotion69 Posted August 21, 2009 Share #3 Posted August 21, 2009 The world needs more good people like Racheal. I feel sorry for everybody, they will be traumatized for a very long time. May the B/O RIP, it was his time to go. The heat may have been a factor but he probably had medical issues. Elmhurst General Hospital was just a few blocks away from where this happened. The Q29 bus runs on Hampton St, if you were a passenger on a moving city bus and the B/0 died all of a sudden, would somebody step up and try to control/stop the bus? R32 3348 Posted August 21, 2009 Share #4 Posted August 21, 2009 This must have been a horrifying experience for the kids. The article seems incomplete (no given status on the man pinned to a tree by a car, and also the status on the kids), but my condolences go out to anyone who was affected by the situation, like the mother.
