LandoftheLost Posted August 21, 2009 Share #1 Posted August 21, 2009 in 2006 - 2007 ( whenever was thinking about purchasing 90 Nova Bus LFS. i am guessing that was going to use #5770 - #5859 for the purchase of 90 Nova Bus LFS. 1996 - 1998 D60HF New Flyer #1000 - #1109 is coming for the closer for the retirement. i believe should not purchase 90 Nova Bus LFS. they should of purchase 150 Nova Bus LFS. why mostly Nova Bus LFS will be sent to Micheal J. Quill Depot , 100 street , 126 street depot for the replacement of 1996 - 1998 D60HF new flyer #1000 - #1109 , ( Nova Bus LFS will be go to 126 street Depot for new route M15 SBS ( select Bus Service) and in the Bronx Gun Hill Depot will only recieve Nova Bus LFS and will be use for Bx12 SBS ( select bus service) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

When the delivery starts they should send some artics (Nova or D60HF) to West Farms, Casey Stengel or Jamaica for the Q44, and some to Flatbush for the B46. The LFS Artics are NOT numbered in the 5770s, They are 1200-1289. 2. The official depot assignments arent announced as of yet, so keep your speculation to yourself. 3. 1201-1202 ( Or 1200-1201 ) have been built and undergoing road testing before delivery. They will be at 126th Street Depot as pilot buses. 4. Gun Hill already has the newest artics that MJQ & 126th was supposed to keep until they swapped artics so that the SBS can have cameras (which most of them dont work anyway).
