Due to cancellation of track work, (G)*train service will make normal stops between Church Avenue and 71st Avenue-Forest Hills.

They've decided to stop being (G)(R)(1)(N)(C)(H)y for a day. On a side note, Merry Christmas

Wonder if weekend will do good..

And wow the (G) to 71st St on a Weekday (Friday) even tho its a Holiday and trains running as a Sunday.. But still good

When was the last time the (G) ran on a weekday? Before the (V) came in 2001?

I rode the (G) from Forest Hills-71st Avenue to Clinton-Washington Aves one evening in October. Sometimes due to General Orders the (G) would go to Forest Hills during weekday evenings then during late night hours and weekends it would go back to Court Square. I don't recall any (G) trains goes past Court Square during daytime hours on weekdays since there was (V) service but seen some (F) trains run via Crosstown when there is a General Order.
