Correct

It is used regularly by one Late Night 1:02 am train out of Jamaica and the Weekday 5:38 am train out of Montauk to Jamaica,1:02 am bypasses Mineola and stop Hicksville and the 5:38 am to Jamaica stops at Mineola,Hicksville and then Jamaica

A Peak PM Speonk train from Hunterspoint Av. also uses the Central Branch and stops at Mineola and Hicksville and then Babylon

There used to be a station along that branch at one time called South Farmingdale

Yes 2:59 Off Peak pm train #2772 out of Jamaica to Patchogue stops at Mineola and bypasses Hicksville uses the Central Branch

4:44 Peak pm train #2778 out of Hunterspoint Ave. to Patchogue stops Mineola,Hicksville uses the Central Branch

5:38 Peak am train # 2703 out of Montauk to Hunterspoint Ave. stops Hicksville,Mineola uses the Central Branch

1:02 Off Peak am train # 2702/8700 out of Jamaica to Montauk bypasses Mineola with a stop at Hicksville uses the Central Branch

Of course as the time table schedule changes so much, the hours vary by a minute or two, service is the same though

I believe a Speonk train used to use the Central Branch a long time ago but i believe that train number schedule was discontinued

Hope this helps ;)

Almost ALL through Jamaica-Montauk Branch trains use the Central Branch!!! During rush hours, the Babylon Branch doesn't do both tracks in peak direction, so to avoid catching up to locals, almost all Montauk Branch runs run via the Central. There are a few exceptions, the Cannonball is one of them.
