R44 5278 Posted January 3, 2010 Author Share #3 Posted January 3, 2010 Thanks Megabus! It's rare that I venture down there, but I will be back to video Acelas passing at 135mph.

T to Dyre Avenue Posted January 9, 2010 Share #10 Posted January 9, 2010 Those are some nice pictures of Princeton Junction, including the one of the two-car shuttle train. I've passed through that station so many times and never saw two cars on the Dinky.

I've passed through that station so many times and never saw two cars on the Dinky. Thanks@ I only saw it a few times as well over last decade. What's really interesting is that they actually change the cars used (probably by season based on performance; they use 2 singles in the fall/winter, and 1 married pair in the summers. I still remember when it was 1 single car as the line looked more like a trolley line than a train branch.
