Here is an update Posted: 01/18/2010 1:46PM MTA Service Notice Due to FDNY activity near the Willow St substation, there is no (4)train service in both directions between the Atlanic Avenue Station and the Brooklyn bridge-City Hall Station, trains are running on the(2) line between the Nevins Street Station and the 149th street-Grand Concourse Station in both directions. I watch News 12 Brooklyn and it did mention manhole explosion near the BQE in Brooklyn Heights that cause some power outages that is affecting and train service in Brooklyn.
