EE Broadway Local Posted May 24, 2010 Share #1 Posted May 24, 2010 If you know about Community Bus Lines in Jersey City, do they: 1) Use both the Journal Square Transportation Center and PABT? 2) Provide local service (on the Boulevard, I think, or maybe Palisade and Bergenline Avenue) 3) Would Community Bus Lines be considered a "jitney"?
